Schedule an in-home consultation where I'll evaluate your property and discuss your selling goals. Always meet with at least 3 agents to get a good, honest read on the market. Always put me last in this line up, I like to be your last comparison - I’ll always be transparent and sometimes you need that to put questions you might have into perspective following the other two meet ups. I will also advise you of any investments you’ll need to make to the property prior to the appraisal, to ensure you get the highest possible value (without you over capitalising in the process).
